Spa Receptionist

Platinum Bliss Spa is hiring a Spa Receptionist to support guests and day-to-day spa operations in Athens and Watkinsville, Georgia. This in-person role is suited to someone who communicates warmly, stays organized, and pays attention to the details that make a visit feel welcoming.

What you will do

• Welcome guests and help with check-in, checkout, and general service questions.
• Assist with appointment booking, changes, and communication with the spa team.
• Respond professionally to guest inquiries and refer service-specific questions to the appropriate practitioner.
• Help maintain an organized reception area, retail displays, and shared spaces.
• Assist with routine spa preparation, supplies, and laundry as needed.
• Handle guest information and payments with care and confidentiality.

Schedule and compensation

Working days, hours, location, compensation, and employment arrangement are discussed during the interview and confirmed before you begin. Include your availability and pay expectations in your application.

Spa business hours are Monday through Saturday, 10am to 8pm, and Sunday, 10am to 5pm. These are business hours, not a required weekly schedule.
