Licensed Esthetician

Platinum Bliss Spa is hiring a Licensed Esthetician for in-person work in Athens and Watkinsville, Georgia. We are seeking a skincare professional who combines thoughtful consultations, personalized service, and attention to client comfort.

The opportunity

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with commission-based pay plus gratuities. The commission rate and other terms are discussed during the interview and confirmed in the written agreement. Service scope, location, appointment availability, and start date are discussed during hiring. Esthetic services will begin only after applicable facility licensing and service requirements are in place.

What you will do

• Consult with clients about skincare goals, relevant history, and appropriate services within your license and training.
• Provide personalized facial and esthetic services within the agreed service menu and your scope of practice.
• Explain aftercare and appropriate home-care recommendations clearly.
• Maintain appropriate client records, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.
• Prepare, clean, and reset your treatment area, equipment, linens, and supplies.
• Manage the client experience from greeting through checkout and communicate availability changes promptly.

What you will bring

• A current Georgia esthetician license and completed esthetics training.
• Knowledge of safe skincare practices, sanitation, and service contraindications.
• Professional communication and a client-centered approach.
• Dependable availability and comfort managing appointments in a self-managed spa setting.

Availability and locations

Share your preferred location and available days and times. Spa hours are Monday through Saturday, 10am to 8pm, and Sunday, 10am to 5pm; these are business hours, not a required weekly schedule.
