Rayanne, LMT
Rayanne, known by her clients as “Ray,” began her career over six years ago as a certified Reflexologist in Athens, Georgia. She has served as a Lead Therapist and Training Director, deepening her passion for client care and education. A proud graduate of Gwinnett College’s Massage Therapy program, Rayanne earned multiple awards and certifications. She’s eager to expand her skills and continue building strong, therapeutic connections with her clients
Haley, LMT, LE
Haley began her career as a Licensed Esthetician after graduating from Athens Technical College, earning additional certifications during and after her training. She later studied massage therapy at Georgia Career Institute and expanded her expertise through training in deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, and other therapeutic techniques. At Platinum Bliss Spa, Haley combines skincare knowledge and results-focused bodywork to provide thoughtful, personalized care while continuing to grow her skills.

From choosing your massage to finding the right location, here’s what to know before you settle in at Platinum Bliss.
Booking & arrival
How do I book, and can I choose my therapist?
Use online booking to select your location, massage, session length, and preferred therapist. Availability varies by location and therapist. If you need help finding the right appointment, call (706) 850-5555.
Which location should I choose?
Choose Athens for 1498 Prince Avenue, Athens, GA 30606. Choose Oconee for our Watkinsville location at 1050 Barber Creek Drive, Building 100, Suite 101, Watkinsville, GA 30677. Check the location in your confirmation before heading over.
Do you offer same-day appointments or walk-ins?
Same-day appointments and walk-ins may be available, but booking ahead is the best way to secure your preferred time. Check current availability online or call before visiting.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment so you have time to check in, complete any needed forms, settle in, and discuss your preferences with your therapist.
What if I’m running late?
Please call (706) 850-5555 as soon as you know. We will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may need to end at its scheduled time so the next guest’s appointment can begin on time.
Your massage
What happens at my first visit?
Your therapist will ask about your goals, areas of focus, preferred pressure, and any relevant health information. They will explain what to expect and give you privacy to get comfortable before your massage. Questions and requests are welcome throughout your visit.
Should I choose Swedish or deep tissue?
Choose Swedish massage for flowing, relaxing work with pressure tailored to your comfort. Deep tissue massage uses slower, more focused work for persistent tension. Tell your therapist what you want from the session so they can tailor the approach.
Should I book 60 or 90 minutes?
A 60-minute session works well for a general massage or a visit centered on specific areas. A 90-minute session gives your therapist more time for a full-body massage and additional focused work. Let us know your priorities so we can help you choose.
What should I wear, and do I have to undress?
Wear something comfortable to your appointment. For your massage, undress only to your comfort level; keeping your underwear on is fine. Your therapist will step out while you change, and you will remain appropriately draped during the session.
Can I ask for different pressure or a quiet session?
Absolutely. Tell your therapist if you would like lighter or firmer pressure, a different focus, or an adjustment to your comfort. You can also ask for a quiet session. You are welcome to change your preferences or ask to pause at any time.
Services & extras
How do I book a couples massage?
In online booking, choose your location and “Book for one person or a couple,” then select Couples Massage and your session length. Couples appointments need two therapists available at the same time. Visit our couples massage page or call if you need help coordinating your visit.
Can I add extras to my massage?
Yes. Look for available add-ons when booking your selected service. Choices and any additional prices are shown in online booking. If you have a particular add-on in mind, ask ahead so we can confirm it is available for your appointment.
Are facials available right now?
Esthetics are available in Watkinsville and currently paused in Athens. Explore our facial and esthetics menu and choose a service to see Watkinsville appointment times. You can still explore our massage services and book an available massage online.
Do you offer mobile or workplace massage?
Yes. We offer on-site and mobile chair massage for workplaces, teams, and events. Contact us with your event location, preferred date, number of guests, and time window so we can discuss availability and a quote.
Memberships & policies
Can I use my membership at both locations?
Yes. Our Standard Monthly Membership can be used at both Athens and Watkinsville, listed as Oconee in online booking. It includes one 60-minute Classic Service credit each month, plus the benefits in the current agreement. You do not need a membership to book. Choose a visit schedule that fits your goals and budget, and review the current terms before joining.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Visit our Gift Cards page to purchase a Platinum Bliss gift card. If you need help choosing an amount or using an existing gift card for a booking, contact us before scheduling.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a refund of any deposits or payments. Use the cancellation link in your confirmation email or call us. Late cancellations and no-shows are not refundable; any exception is at the spa’s discretion. Read our full cancellation policy for details.
How is my personal information handled?
